Gil Goldshlager

Gil Goldshlager is a second-year PhD student in the Math Department at UC Berkeley. Gil holds a bachelor's degree in Mathematics with Computer Science from MIT. Gil develops algorithms for simulating atoms, molecules, and materials at the level of quantum physics, with focus on developing optimization algorithms for neural network wavefunctions, a promising new approach for making high-accuracy predictions for challenging strongly correlated systems.
