Biographical Sketch

Andrew is a data engineer in the Performance and Algorithms Research group. He earned his degree in genetics from the University of Wisconsin, Madison. Since completion of his degree, Andrew has been working at the interface of computing and biology. Prior to joining the Computational Research Division, he worked on data and computational problems arising in the processing and analysis of next generation DNA sequencing data. His current interests involve machine learning and high performance computing solutions for analysis of scientific data.
