I am a Computer Systems Engineer (CSE) in the Center for Computational Sciences and Engineering. I am also a PhD Candidate in Statistics and Applied Mathematics at the University of California, Santa Cruz.
As a CSE for LBL, my main focus is to adapt PeleC- a parallel, AMR, compressible combustion simulation code- to be run on supercomputers with hybrid CPU+GPU configurations. I have also worked on Embedded Boundaries and Linear Solvers within the AMReX package.
