Andy Nonaka is a research scientist in the Center for Computational Sciences and Engineering at the Lawrence Berkeley National Laboratory. He develops finite volume, block-structured adaptive mesh refinement algorithms for compressible, incompressible, and low Mach number reacting flows on massively parallel architectures, and apply these methods to problems of interest to DOE.
