| MADspec is a parallel
implementation of the Bond,
Jaffe & Knox maximum-likelihood algorithm for the estimation
of any combination of the six possible CMB temperature and polarization
angular power spectra. It consists of two stages
(i)
Calculating the pixel-pixel noise correlation matrix:
(ii)
Estimating the angular power spectra:
Tarballs
are also available of the code, and of simple example input data and
the associated outputs. Thanks in particular to Amadeo Balbi, Chris Cantalupo, Pedro Ferreira, Andrew Jaffe, Plamen Koev and Radek Stompor for their assistance in the design, development, and testing of MADspec, and to Xiaoye Li and Osni Marques for their advice and assistance with ScaLAPACK issues. |
